We shall install and deliver the asset tracking and data analytics software components in encrypted mode only. Customer requiring source code will be dealt on a one-on-one basis by our management.
Client should arrange for initial system/requirements study and other such trips. This includes associated Visa, Flight, Accommodation, Commute and food related expenses for TWO engineers during such trips. Clients preferring direct visit during handover only can skip this part, however all initial study and other communication shall be performed over Phone, E-Mails, WhatsApp and Skype Chats. During final installation and asset tracking and data analytics software handover, we shall provide support for TWO-THREE weeks for training, data migration and other such events requiring physical presence. One engineer shall be stationed for up to THREE weeks duration. Associated costs shall be covered by client.
Regular support shall be available through E-Mails, Phone Calls, WhatsApp and Skype Chats. This applies for Pre-Handover as well as A.M.C periods.
Hardware components such as Label printers, Resin Labels and toners can be procured by us on behalf of client and is additionally chargeable. Domain Name Registration and annual Hosting charges are client responsibility. In summary, other than asset tracking and data analytics software package/components all other associated costs are separate and additional.
Annual Maintenance Contracts are available after successful launch and delivery. Moderate annual charges apply for A.M.C which covers all defect fixes and minor level enhancements. For moderate and additional features, new scope and cost/effort analysis shall be provided. Be assured we will be with you on a long-term basis covering your business growth and new trends in asset tracking and data analytics domain.
